Jo operates at the intersection of people, place, technology and data. Focusing on digital innovation and multidisciplinary collaboration, she aims to create more pleasurable, sustainable and citizen-centred environments through digital placemaking practices. Her sector experience includes health, education, culture, and the built environment.

Jo is a founding Director of the Association of Collaborative Design, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and the Institute of Place Management, as well as an Expert on the UK government’s High Streets Task Force.
